End Racism Through Unity!

Alright, so.. My friend(who is African American) received an anonymous phone call sometime last week from someone who had the fucking nerve to say, "Go back to Africa." and then hang up.. I was shocked when I heard this. It really made me understand how blind and little this town is, and how sheltered the fucking people in this community are.. Mankind has the power to smash atoms, move rivers and walk on the moon, but we can't seem to come to terms with some of us being born a different color. Racism is just a way out for the narrow and simple minded. It  is down right stupid, and ridiculous. In fact, ANY kind of discrimination is ridiculous. Whether it's race, sexual preference/gender/orientation, religion, employment, disability, etc. The weak minded and the sheltered one's incapable of understanding LIFE, and those in it,  discriminate others for who they are. The fact that there are people out in the world like that enrage me, but I know that there will always be assholes like that. We must keep strong and fight against them. I mean, it's the 21st Century, people.. I don't see why everyone can't join hands and accept one another for who they are.. It's seems like a rather simple concept, in all honesty..

Tupac Amaru Shakur: Dead or Alive?

If you are going to believe that fucking theorists shit, you're an idiot.. Yes, right off the bat..You can look back at anything, and try to dicipher a fucking meaning. It's all media bull shit, and it's got all of your innocent and fragile minds warped around something that is completely FALSE.. Meaning, wrong or untrue.. That's like disrespecting 2Pac, and saying his death was a fucking fake. So you're a die hard 2Pac fan, and you believe he's in Cuba, chillin' with Jesus(or whoever), smokin' Cigars? Wow. You're clearly an idiot, who's in denial and can't face the fucking truth that he is GONE. Physically, that is. He will live on and on through his music, yes, but as a living being, he is gone. You all that listen to his music and try to look for subliminal messages are just ignorant. Why can't you just let him go? Why can't you just appreciate his work, and legacy? He'd rather be remembered in a good way, and not have his death questioned.. Now, I've given much thought to this, and I once believed 2Pac was still alive.. But I realized how bad I was disrespecting him.. My good friend(though I won't say any names), goes on about 2Pac still being alive, and I get really aggravated by this. I respect his opinions and beliefs, but I don't understand how someone can question another person's death. I asked him why he doesn't believe these Doomsday/"Christ's" returning theories and predictions, but why he believes 2Pac is alive. His reply? "Only God himself knows when the end of the world will be". Oh, but man sure fucking knows if someone's dead or not, right? Their arguments aren't even that well thought out. They base all of their arguments off of rumors that have been tossed around carelessly since that fateful night of September 13, 1996, or of the so called "clues" behind his music, and other's music. I just cannot believe people, blindly making false accusations and assumptions of one's death.. They say Tupac will return in 2015(which I highly doubt, considering he's no longer with us). I'm not disrespecting 2Pac at all. I'm trying to open these moronic imbecile's eyes, and make them see clearly.. R.I.P Tupac Amaru Shakur. You will always be remembered, and not forgotten. For all of those out there that believe you are still here with us, and can't respect you in a civilized manner, may they get their caps peeled. Respect. ~ONE LOVE

But If I'm wrong, and Tupac arrives out of the blue in 2015, then I am a complete douchebag, that deserves no one's respect in this world. Only the emptiness and loneliness of defeat.. (HAHA)

My Thoughts on Mainstream Music/Artists

When talking about music, I believe that's one of my stronger points. I enjoy my music.. One thing I cannot stand is mainstream music, and the fangirls. To me, it isn't music. It's just commercial BS, and it all sounds repetitive and unchanging. Now, if you are a fan of this shit that's on the radio, then you may not want to read this. Just stop now. You are NOT going to like this.. Let's look at Rap, for instance. That Lil' Wayne, Drake, Waka Flaka Flame shit. It's terrible. It's down right repulsive..I'm just sick of everyone going on about how great this music is. It's not music. It's just noise, made to entertain the "in-crowd", and those who've jumped the band wagon..  Like, Lil' Wayne, and those others, it is all of the same mainstream garbage, bred from nothing but the shear hunger for money and fame. There is no meaning, there is no music. It's just repetitive BS, that drags ACTUAL music's name through the mud. That's most music today, anyway. All surrounded by big bucks, and they wrap their heads around getting famous. That's what they want. They're not in it for the music. Whatever mainstream artist says that is lying right out of their arse. You cannot make such terrible music and call it art. Especially if it's just copying shit that was out 5, or 10 years ago. Now I'm not saying anyone's opinions are wrong, but I'm simply stating that it's not music. But oh well. Everyone can listen to whatever they want, and I can keep ranting on. That's life.. I'm just tired of hipster assholes, going on about music that has no background influence, or no potential whatsoever.

That was just MY look and opinions on Mainstream music. I know everyone's entitled to their own opinions, and that I shouldn't judge anyone for their tastes/beliefs.. But it just pisses me off when I hear about Lil' Wayne or Miley Cyrus, or whatever, being great artists/musicians.. ~ ONE LOVE

New RHCP Album 2011?

So as I was looking through my daily News Feeds on the good ole' Facebook a few days ago, I noticed that the Red Hot Chili Peppers page posted the news of the new, long awaited album, set to release sometime in August(I believe August 30th). Being a rather large RHCP fan, the news of this excited me greatly.. Anyway, this new album is entitled I'm With You, and the title seems rather interesting.. I wonder what the concept will be behind this album..They also released the song titles recently, and I have to say, they are pretty interesting. You can try to decipher the meaning behind the album by looking at the song titles, if you want.. I can't wait to hear what this new album will sound like.. It seems like every album kind of had it's own sound, and was different from the previous. Unlike these mainstream bands/artists, with their repetitive sounds, and their unchanging styles. But I'll get to that subject later on in a different post.. Back to the RHCP. Sadly, I wasn't too impressed with the last album, Stadium Arcadium. I just wasn't feeling it. Sure, they had some pretty good jams, but the whole album itself just didn't appeal to me. By The Way was "okay", though that album was slept on, and many people don't remember it, because it was underrated majorly.. Another thing that should be pretty interesting is that Frusciante won't be playing guitar. Like One Hot Minute, it won't sound like the traditional RHCP. I believe Frusciante's guitar playing adds something special to the band. Don't get me wrong, Anthony, Flea, and Chad are all great artists, but I'll miss Frusciante. It just won't be the same.. My favorite album will always be Blood Sugah Sex Majik. Ah, such a great album. That was my very first RHCP's album I had ever listened to, and I was attached instantly.. Well, enough about my love for the RHCP. Check out the new album when it releases.

I know this wasn't very good, and I apologize. This was my very first blog entry, so cut me some slack. Also, on a side note, I'll be updating my blog everyday(of course, depending on whether I'm feeling up to it) over things such as music, art, economical/political situations, and life in general.. I'll TRY to post everyday, lol.. Stay tuned..        ~ONE LOVE
